We have an exciting opportunity for a new store manager at Rand Farm Supplies. We are a family owned and run business with great involvement with the community around us. We take pride in delivering outstanding service. A great experience for our customers comes before the sale.
Currently we have one other staff member 1 day per week and a book-keeper two days per week. As owners we will also be there to provide support and training.

What we are looking for are:
The ability to develop strong client relationships and help customer with what they really need
Genuine customer service skills
A self-starter who shows initiative with a strong work ethic
Enjoy working autonomously
Organised and able to regularly keep other team members informed
A current motor vehicle licence and forklift licence (or willingness to acquire one)
A qualification in Agricultural Science or related discipline
Additional skills below will be highly regarded:
A high attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be enthusiastic, positive, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
An understanding of, and empathy with the rural community
Excellent computer skills
